Building Description: 500 Pearl seamlessly blends Buffalo’s past with its future. At its heart is the restored 1914 Buffalo Christian Center, an Italian Renaissance-inspired landmark designed by renowned architects Esenwein & Johnson for the Fraternal Order of Eagles. The historic structure was thoughtfully preserved and integrated with a modern 12-story glass tower, creating a striking mixed-use destination that combines timeless architecture with contemporary design, while honoring the building’s legacy as a community gathering place.
