Visitor Experience:  Get a behind the scenes experience at one of Buffalo’s favorite breweries – Big Ditch! You’ll start by learning how Big Ditch got its name and is inspired by the history of Buffalo. Then step behind the scenes to learn the ins and outs of beer, from how it’s made to coming up with new and exciting flavors. You’ll get to see their Innovation Brewery behind the tap room at 55 East Huron Street that now primarily makes limited release, specialty, and experimental beers, which are often served only at their tap room.
