Building Description: The Seneca One Tower, a 1972 brutalist skyscraper in Buffalo, was originally the Marine Midland Center. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, it features a pre-cast concrete exterior and recessed windows. After a period of vacancy, the tower underwent significant renovation. It is now a modern hub for technology and business, and notably, is the home of Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
