Explore Buffalo Walking Tours Presented by:

Explore Buffalo and Journey’s End Refugee Services are partnering to present a unique tour of the Brewster Street Farm managed by Journey’s End.

The Brewster Street Farm Tour is part of Explore Buffalo’s Community Cultural Tour Program presented by Uniland. Explore Buffalo’s walking tours are presented by M&T Bank.

Refugees arriving in Buffalo over the past twenty years have been an important part of Buffalo’s renaissance, and farming is a familiar livelihood that offers New Americans some measure of self-determination and self-sufficiency, healthy food for their families, extra income, and a context for settling into their new communities. Learn more about this program while visiting the farm on this tour!

This tour will include an overview of the community services provided by Journey’s End Refugee Services, as well as an introduction to the Tri-Main Center and its history. At the end of the tour, you’ll have an opportunity to shop at the farm stand selling fresh produce and flowers from the Brewster Street Farm.

This tour meets outside the main entrance of the Tri-Main Center at 2495 Main Street. Please note the main entrance is on Halbert Street, adjacent to the building’s parking lots. Please click here for a building map with parking information. This tour is approximately one hour in length.
